• Nimclis 1000mg Injection contains a combination of Imipenem and Cilastatin, used to treat serious bacterial infections. Imipenem works by killing bacteria or stopping their growth, while Cilastatin helps prevent the breakdown of Imipenem in the body, ensuring its effectiveness. This medicine is effective only against bacterial infections and will not treat colds, flu or other viral illnesses.
