Product Details
Dicine 300 mg is a broad-spectrum antibiotic effective in treating pneumonia, skin and soft tissue infections, intra-abdominal infections, and dental infections, particularly in patients allergic to penicillin.
Clindamycin works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis through binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit, preventing peptide chain elongation. It is generally bacteriostatic, but can be bactericidal at higher concentrations or against specific pathogens.
