- Infusion reactions (Red Man Syndrome: flushing, rash, hypotension)
- Phlebitis
- Nausea, fever
- Serious:
- Nephrotoxicity (dose-dependent, especially with other nephrotoxic drugs)
- Ototoxicity (rare, associated with high serum levels)
- Neutropenia
- Hypersensitivity reactions
- Storage:
