• This injection should be used with caution in patients with hypotension, arrhythmias, or renal impairment, and close monitoring is recommended during administration.
• Precautions:
  • May cause ventricular arrhythmias and hypotension
  • Monitor electrolytes, renal function, and platelet count
  • Loading dose can be skipped in patients with low blood pressure
• Storage:
  • Store at 20°C–25°C (68°F–77°F)
  • Do not freeze
  • Use immediately after dilution in infusion bag
  • Protect from light if exposed for prolonged periods
