Product’s Details:

• Liposomal Amphotericin B is recommended for patients with kidney impairment or when higher doses are required, such as in mucormycosis
• Less infusion-related toxicity than conventional Amphotericin
• Proven effective against severe and life-threatening fungal infections.
• Usage / Application:
  • Used in renal-compromised patients or when high doses are required (e.g., mucormycosis).
  • Treats life-threatening fungal infections with reduced infusion-related toxicity.
  • Requires monitoring of renal function, electrolytes and CBC during therapy.
• Storage:
  • Store below 25°C
  • protect from light
  • Reconstitute with Sterile Water for Injection
  • Further dilute with 5% Dextrose (D5W) for infusion
  • Use reconstituted solution within 24 hours (refrigerated)
• precaution:
  • Use under strict medical supervision only.
  • Monitor kidney function, electrolytes and CBC regularly during treatment.
