Product’s Details:
- Pictaz (Piperacillin Tazobactam Injection) is prescribed for the treatment of various bacterial infections. Dosage should be adjusted in patients with renal impairment. Monitoring of renal and liver function is recommended, especially during prolonged use. It should be used with caution in patients with a history of allergy to penicillins, cephalosporins, or other β-lactam antibiotics. Pictaz may also cause Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhea (CDAD).
