Storage
- Store vial at 2°C to 8°C (refrigerated)

Reconstitution & Dilution

- Gently swirl — do not shake
- Further dilute in 0.9% NaCl (normal saline) to desired volume
- Avoid dextrose-based solutions (daptomycin is incompatible)
