- Indications:
- Prophylaxis of invasive fungal infections (Aspergillus, Candida) in immunocompromised patients
- Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT)
- Chemotherapy for hematological malignancies
- Oropharyngeal candidiasis resistant to first-line treatment
- Invasive aspergillosis in patients intolerant or refractory to amphotericin B or itraconazole
- Other difficult-to-treat fungal infections as prescribed
